The Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, has been showered with heartfelt birthday wishes as he marks his 60th anniversary. Among the distinguished personalities who have paid tribute to the governor is Dr. Uche Ogah, OON, CON, FCA, a former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development and an accomplished businessman.

 

In his congratulatory message, Dr. Ogah hailed Governor Otti as a proactive leader whose unwavering dedication to the development of Abia State has inspired confidence and hope among the people.
