Isuikwuato, Abia State – December 3, 2025 | A wave of celebration swept through Isuikwuato as renowned entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community development advocate, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyasọ, was honoured with the highly coveted Masters 105.9 FM Personality of the Year 2025 Award for Excellent Leadership.

The prestigious recognition, presented annually by Masters 105.9 FM, celebrates individuals whose exceptional initiatives and public service have positively shaped communities within and beyond Abia State. This year, Dr. Anyasọ stood out for what many describe as a consistent and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic growth across Nigeria.

Though official engagements in Lagos prevented Dr. Anyasọ from attending the ceremony physically, he was ably represented by Hon. Madubuike Peter Igwe, the immediate past Board Member representing Abia North in the Abia State Roads Maintenance Agency (ABROMA). He was accompanied by Gabriel Aguwa Paul, also known as razorGabs, Dr. Anyasọ’s media aide.

The event, held at the Masters 105.9 FM headquarters in Ọnunaka Uturu, Isuikwuato LGA, witnessed an atmosphere of admiration as the representatives conveyed Dr. Anyasọ’s heartfelt appreciation. They described him as a leader whose vision, generosity, and hands-on community engagement continue to inspire thousands of young people.

Dr. Anyasọ, the Chairman of CAADES Group and founder of the Chima Anyaso Foundation, has long been recognized for championing initiatives that uplift marginalized communities, support small businesses, and expand opportunities for aspiring young leaders. His philanthropic milestones, scholarship programmes, and continuous support for local development have positioned him as one of Abia’s most impactful figures.

According to Masters FM, the award represents not only his personal achievements but also the positive movement he inspires across Abia and Nigeria—a movement rooted in transformation, empowerment, and strategic leadership.

In a message delivered through his media aide, Dr. Anyasọ expressed gratitude for the honour and reaffirmed his commitment to expanding platforms that equip young Nigerians to thrive.
