Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has congratulated the Minority Whip and Member representing Arochukwu State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Onyekwere Mike Ukoha for sponsoring the well intended “Abians in Diaspora Commission Bill” which was passed into Law by the Abia State House of Assembly on Monday, March 22, 2021.
