The philanthropist and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mainland Oil and Gas Limited, Sir Dr. Chris Odinake Igwe has scored the executive governor of Abia State Okezie Ikpeazu Ph.D good in terms of delivering dividends of democracy to the people of Abia State.

The oil magnate in his good will message to the government and people of Abia State to mark this year’s June 12 Democracy day celebration adduced that Gov.Okezie has done creditably well ,saying the governor is delivering on his mandate of improving the lives of ndi-Abia.

The Umuneochi born businessman described the governor as an astute administrator who has shown capacity to manage every segment of Abia ,through his inclusive governance style. He said under the leadership of the governor Abians are more united,as this can be seen from the absence of outcry from any part of the state over marginalization.

Dr. Chris Odinaka Igwe stated that at the epicenter of democracy is the people. He posited that the governor is a democrat who understands this, and since his election in 2015 and revalidation of his mandate in 2019 has been sensitive to the needs of the people as evident in the quality of infrastructure he is building across the state.

Igwe argued that roads which were hitherto impassible are today motorable especially in Abia. He said farmers and business men and women are happy as they can easily transport their goods and wares from the point of production to the point of sale.

The business mogul however advised the governor not to relent in delivering more dividends that will make life better for ndi-Abia.
