The candidacy tussle in the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Abia State, has taken a new dimension as a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has held that Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah a former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, is the authentic candidate of the party for the 2023 governorship election.
The court in it’s ruling on Friday, November 11, 2022, sacked High Chief Ikechi Emenike who is contesting the position with Ogah.
