BREAKING: Court Decides On Nnamdi Kanu’s Appeal Case | READ DETAILS

BREAKING: Court Decides On Nnamdi Kanu’s Appeal Case | READ DETAILS

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, reserved judgment on an appeal filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu is challenging the remaining seven count charges leveled against him by the Federal Government.

Justice Binta Nyako had struck out 8 charges out of the 15 charges against him bordering on alleged felony and terrorism.

According to Kanu the charges against him had no basis in law. He urges the appellate court to order his release on bail, pending the determination of his appeal.
