Recall that ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER reported about the protest that was staged yesterday by some Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members where they demanded for the immediate removal of Abia State PDP chairman Honorable Asiforo Okere.
During the protest yesterday, they alleged that delegate election was hijacked and that the chairman is not providing the level ground he had promised all aspirants. But in a reaction, the Chairman ‘Asiforo Okere’ stated that all the delegates forms were sold in Abuja and based on that there was no way he would have hijacked the process.
But in a counter protest today, another group of PDP members staged a solidarity walk, supporting the state chairman and insisting Asiforo Okere must remain to finish his work. The protesters called all members to leave the chairman alone and go to the field.
