The Nigeria Police Force (NPF), has issued some security tips for people who intends to travel for the Christmas celebration.
The Christmas Security Tips for travelers released by the Police Force Public Relations Department read thus;
- Avoid over speeding
- Avoid night journey
- Be on seat belt while driving
- Don’t drink and drive
- Contact nearest police station if the meed arises
- Keep emergency phone lines handy
- Avoid taking or giving free rides to/from strangers
- Keep travel plans discreet
- Avoid over loading
- Avoid stopping on lonely roads.
