Call For Buhari’s Impeachment, Opposition Senators Stage A Walkout |Videos

Consequent to the growing insecurity in the country, Senators from opposition parties on Wednesday walked out of the plenary over a call for the impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari.  

Mijnority leader of the Senate, Senator Philip Aduda had raised a point of order in which he asked the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan to discuss the security of the country and the impeachment of the President.

According to Channels Tevevision, the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan, who presided over the plenary refused to give heed to it, saying that the point of order fell flat on its face.
