Based on the information made available to Abia Facts News, the Election Petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia this morning the 13th day of May 2019 struck out the Petition of Chief Mrs Phina Ihuoma Kanu the APC candidate for Umuahia South State House Constituency EPT/HA/14/2019.,
This was sequel to the application of Mrs Phina to withdraw her matter.
