The information reaching AFN has it that Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja hasdismissed the action brought against Hon. Chief Ginger Onwusibe alleging that he (Ginger) contravened the Code of Conduct Act by not declaring his assets when he was elected more than two years ago the Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa North LGA.
The action as we gathered was predicated upon a petition to the Code of Conduct Bureau raised by Ginger Onwusibe’s political opponents from Isiala Ngwa North LGA.
