Former Abia state gubernatorial candidate in the 2019 general elections under the umbrella of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Dr Alex Otti, was on Wednesday morning, spotted at the residence of the Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
‘AFNEWS has it that Otti was rumoured to have decamped to the APC to pursue his gubernatorial ambition.
