Information reaching Abia Facts News, has it that the military officer that shot dead Chimobi Nwogu (The Commercial Cyclist) in Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State has been Court marshaled, found guilty and subsequently dismissed from the Nigerian Army.
A few minutes ago, the Brigade Commander of 14 Brigade, Ohafia, Brigadier General Kumapayi in company of other top military men, handed over the dismissed killed military officer Ajayi Johnson to the Abia State Police Command for prosecution in accordance with extant laws of the land.
