Former governor of Abia State and the Senate Chief Whip, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, has described his wife as a woman in full effect.
Orji Kalu in a romantic birthday felicitation, noted that his wife, Mrs. Ifeoma, has been supporting him through thick and thin.
The birthday message by the senator, read;
