Bandits Release Pictures Of Abducted Kebbi Teachers, Students

The bandit group responsible for the abduction of students of the Federal Government College, Birin Yauri, Kebbi State, has released pictures of some of their victims.

The bandits had abducted students and three staff after overpowering security operatives at the school last week.

Military authorities while speaking on the development disclosed that some of the victims were rescued after a gunfight with the attackers.

The Governor of Kebbi, Atiku Bagudu, has assured the parents and family members of the victim of government’s efforts to secure their release.

The identities of the victims was confirmed to Daily Trust by a teacher of the school who did not want to be named.
