B00M: Reno Omokri Sets $1000 Bet On Yemi Osinbajo | READ IN FULL
Human Rights Activist, Reno Omokri, has offered to give out $1000 to anyone who can point out an achievement Vice President Yemi Osinbajo pointed out during his declaration.
Recall that in 2015, President Muhammadu Buhari and Osinbajo made campaign promises to Nigerians under the All Progressive Congress (APC) which they vowed to fulfil.
Formally declaring his intention to contest for the 2023 presidency, Osinbajo on Monday, 11, 2022 made promises to Nigerians as well. READ HERE
Omokri had described Osinbajo’s 2023 promises as watery and baseless, noting that he did not fulfil any of his 2015 campaign promises.
Reno Omokri on his social media handle wrote;
“Can anybody name a specific achievement Osinbajo listed in his declaration speech and get $1000? I am not talking about promises. I refer to an achievement. For instance, ‘I promised this in 2015, and I delivered this in 2022’. I need one Osinbajo supporter to respond and get $1000.
No argument. No quibbling. No negotiation. Just quote from the speech one specific promise Osinbajo made in 2015, and one specific fulfilment in 2022, that was included in his speech. I am eagerly waiting!

- Public declaration of assets and liabilities
- State and community policing
- Ban on all government officials from seeking medical care abroad
- Implementation of the National Gender Policy, including 35% of appointive positions for women

- Generation, transmission and distribution of at least 20,000 MW of electricity within four years and increasing to 50,000 MW with a view to achieving 24/7 uninterrupted power supply within 10 years.
