B00M: Court Sacks Ebonyi PDP Chairman | READ DETAILS
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked Tochukwu Okorie as the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State.
Justice A. Abubakar on Wednesday handed over the leadership of the party to Joseph Onu Silas who sought redress in court after the outcome the PDP Chairmanship, Politics Nigeria reports.
It was learnt that the court granted all the four reliefs prayed by the plaintiff.
