Atiku Abubakar Denies Post Condemning K!lling Of Sokoto Female Undergraduate
2023 Presidential aspirant and former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has come under fire for deleting a post he made on his social media handle condemning the brutal killing of an undergraduate.
Deborah Samuel Yakubu, a 200 level undergraduate of Home Economics at the Shehu Shagari College of Education, in Sokoto State, was burnt alive by some male Muslim students for allegedly insulting Prophet Mohammed in a WhatsApp platform.
A video that has now gone viral shows a male student boasting to have lighted the victim.
Atiku Abubakar had joined numerous Nigerians to condemn the dastard act. However, he was quick to delete his comment after some followers threatened not to give him their votes come 2023.
Abubakar wrote:
“There can not be a justification for such gruesome m-urder. Deborah Yakubu was mur-dered and all those behind her de-ath must be brought to justice. My condolences to her family and friends.:
After some followers threatened not to vote for him, he wrote;
“this evening I received information that a post was made that doesn’t agree with my orders. I use this to announce that any post without AA is not from me. May God protect-AA”
Some Nigerians reacted thus;

All this long post is not credit.
His highness Atiku Abubakar has made a mistake.
Silence and asking for forgiveness is better for him now.
None of his media aide is able to publish such important articles without his knowledge.

Listen to the disrespectful one…..
You write something yourself and you will say that it was written without your permission just to look down on us.
You WAZIRI OF ADAMAWA you should keep quiet and ask forgiveness for the mistakes you made.
There is no other word of AA, answer and make a mistake and seek forgiveness.
