Gov. Alex Otti Terminates All Appointments For Revenue Enforcement In Abia
The Executive governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, has approved the termination of all appointment made for every form of revenue enforcement in the state with immediate effect.
This was contained in a release issued on Tuesday, June 6, 3032 by Kazie Uko, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
According to the press release, the termination of appointments is in line with the governor’s vision of sanitising activities within and around the transport sector and markets in the state.
“Consequently, affected persons are to return all Government property in their possession to the Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Internally Generated Revenue and Digital Transformation, immediately.
The Special Adviser on Internally Generated Revenue will advice further on the government’s plan in this regard” the statement added.
