The honorable elect and honorable member representing Aba North/South Federal Constituency, Honorable Prestige Ossy who had to go through a rerun before emerging victorious, received his certificate of return today in Abuja at the International Conference Center.

The honorable member who toured his federal constituency few days ago in appreciation of the their support, has promised that in the next 4 next years he will bring more transformation into Aba North and South.
