LIST OF SCHOOLS SHUT DOWN BY MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IN ABIA STATE
In this new list made available to AFNews and signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Chris Ezem, he specifically called for the immediate closure of some schools in Aba South LGA of Abia State. They are;
1. Grace Spring International School,
23 Ibegbulam|Onuwumela Street, Eziwukwu Aba.
2. Unique International Secondary School,
15 Uyo|16 Obohia Road Aba.
He also ordered some schools to immediately seek re-validation. READ FULL ANNOUNCEMENTS BELOW;
GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
The proprietors of the following schools in Eziukwu Aba, are by this announcement directed to visit the committee on Revalidation of private schools in Ministry of Education Umuahia, for proper documentation effective from the date of this announcement:
1. Divine Base Academy, 68 Adindu road
2. 1st Class International School, 98 Adindu Road
3. God’s Miracle Academy, 10 Nkwoha street
4. God’s Compliment Academy, 5 Ohiara off Nkwoha street
5. Seed of Faith Schools, 106 Nkwoha street
6. Favour Christian Academy, 9 Durulor off Adindu road
7. St. Martin Early Learning Center, Adindu road.
The affected schools are advised in their own interest, to comply with the directive above as failure to do so, will lead to immediate closure of such schools.
