The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described a former member of the Abia State House of Assembly, Honourable Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka as a friend and former lawmaker whose contributions in his time at the Assembly has improved the lawmaking process in the State.
The Speaker stated this in his message of congratulations to Honourable Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka on the occasion of his birthday today, 15th September.
While wishing the celebrant a happy birthday, Right Honourable Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji prayed God to grant him long life in peace and happiness.
