The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Engr Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji attended the funeral service for Late Prophetess Mrs Onyinyechi Dorcas Agbazuere.

 

Speaking at the service held at Okpuala Ikem Nvosi in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State, the Speaker who spoke on behalf of the Members of Abia State House of Assembly condoled with the bereaved family over the untimely death of their wife and mother.

He prayed God to strengthen the family and give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

 

The deceased was the wife of Dr ACB Agbazuere, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State.

 

On his part, Senator Theodore Ahamefula Orji CON in his tribute said the loss of a spouse deals inexplicable blows on a man and family, “sadly it happened and only God knows why.

“On behalf of my family, the constituents of Abia Central Senatorial District and the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, please accept my sympathy”, he concluded.

 

Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and his wife, Dr Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu, Senator representing Abia South Senatorial District, Chief Enyinnaya Abaribe, Member representing Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency, Rt Hon Darlington Nwokocha, former Chief of Staff to the Governor of Imo State, Chief Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, Members of Nigerian Bar Association, Traditional Rulers, Captains of Industry and Clergymen attended the funeral service.
