The Appeal Court sitting in Owerri, Imo State capital has dismissed the appeal filed by Sir Marc Wabara contesting the decision of the Federal High Court in Abia State that declared Chief Anyim Nyerere as the rightful authentic APC candidate that should have been the senatorial flag-bearer of APC in Abia South in the last 2019 general election.

Remember, that Abia Facts News broke the news of Nyerere’s court victory on 3rd July 2019 http://www.abiafactsnews.com/just-inapc-abia-south-pre-election-matter-nyerere-floors-marc-wabara/ and also revealed that Sir wabara has a right to appeal.
