The Appeal Court sitting in Owerri, Imo State capital has vacated the ruling of the Abia North Election Tribunal which sat in Umuahia, Abia State.
The Appeal Court judges upheld the appeal of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu against the tribunal decision that early nullified his election in favour of Senator Mao Ohuabunwa.
