Popular singer Martins Okechukwu Justice also known as J Martins and renowned retired footballer, Kanu Nwankwo alongside 28 others have being freshly appointed by the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, in various capacities.
The new appointees as disclosed in a statement signed by Mr Kazie Uko, the Chief Press Secretary to governor Otti are;
