A Nigerian Police Officer was today crushed to death at Finbarrs road by Bende Road in Umuahia, Abia State capital today.

Sketchy information gathered by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER has it that the Police officer who was on a special assignment transfer from Kaduna State to Abia State over the unknown gunmen attacks, stopped the articulated Vehicle not knowing that the trailer has lost control.

The yet to be identified police officer was crushed to death during that incident.

Attempts to reach Abia State Police PPRO proved abortive as he was taking his calls.
