The Abia State Government has invited all persons affected by an alleged employment scam in the Local Government Service Commission.
According to a statement signed by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Professor A.C.B. Agbazuere, affected persons are invited for a meeting on Tuesday, August 24 at the Michael Okpara Auditorium Umuahia.
The statement read;
All those affected by the employment scam in the various Local Governments in the name of the Local Government Service Commission are by this notice invited to a crucial meeting cum briefing as follows:
Date: Tuesday 24th August, 2021.
Venue: Michael Okpara Auditorium Umuahia.
Time: 11:00am.
Everyone should come along with a photocopy of his/her offer of appointment letter and also note that attendance is mandatory.
