ABIA: Enuda High School Alumni Moves To Reposition Institution

In a bid to resuscitate, rebuild and bring back the glory of Enuda High School located in Abiriba, Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia state, the school alumni led by Chief Inem Nwaka “Enyi OHA Enachioken” is set to host the very first reunion event and launching of One Billion Naira infrastructural development fund.

 

The event which is billed to hold on the 31st of December 2021 will have numerous prominent alumni of the institution, political leaders, business moguls, traditional leaders, religious leaders and many others.

Based on the information gathered by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, the event will be chaired by former Vice President of Nigeria, Commodore Okoh Ebitu Ukiwe Rtd with Professor Anya O. Anya OFR as (Guest Speaker), Governor Okezie Ikpeazu PhD is billed to be the Special Guest of Honour.

 

Other dignitaries are; Minister of State for Education, Honorable Sir Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Honorable Uko Nkole, Honorable Mandela Obasi.

 

The (Chief Presenter) during the event will be Chief Kelvin Jumbo Onuma, Father of the day will be Eze Barrister Kalu K. Ogbu “Enachioken Abiriba”, the Chief host of the event will be the Executive Chairman of Ohafia Local Government Area Dr. Okorafor Ukiwe.

While interacting with the president Enuda High School Alumni, Chief Inem Nwaka he revealed that the plan of the alumni is to bring the school to its rightful position by providing all the facilities that were formally in the institution and equally upgrading the facilities’ to (a) world standard.

“Enuda High School was one of the prominent schools which attracted students from all over south east and south south. The facilities were up to standard then, everything was working, but now the school is in bad shape. As the alumni of the institution, we intend to first bring up all the basic amenities that was in the school before and then upgrade then (them) to world standard” Inem reveals.
