In his heartfelt message, Uwanna described Hon. Ekeke as a visionary leader, an intellectual force, and a shining example of purposeful public service, noting that his life reflects diligence, humility, and commitment to good governance.

“Your life is a testament to diligence, intellect, and purposeful leadership,” Uwanna stated. “From your academic excellence at Abia State University to your sterling administrative service in government, you have continued to inspire young Abians through your leadership and devotion to the common good.”

Hon. Chinedu Ekeke, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Abia State University and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lagos, was celebrated for his excellence-driven approach both in the private and public sectors.

Before venturing into politics, Ekeke had a successful career in marketing, communication, and corporate strategy, working with top organisations like InEvent and betBonanza, where his innovative leadership earned him distinction.

Uwanna recalled that Ekeke’s transition into public service was marked by discipline and excellence, beginning as Secretary of the Alex Otti Governorship Transition Council, later serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, and now as Mayor of Isuikwuato LGA.

“Your journey is one of vision and service,” Uwanna added. “As Mayor, you’ve demonstrated inclusive leadership and compassion for your people, steering Isuikwuato towards growth, transparency, and modern governance.”

He prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for the Mayor to continue to serve with honour, adding that his humility and dedication have set a benchmark for leadership in Abia.

“On this special day, I celebrate you not just as a leader, but as a brother and son of Isuikwuato whose brilliance and compassion continue to uplift many,” Uwanna concluded.

The message was widely shared among friends, political associates, and citizens who praised the Mayor for his outstanding leadership and transformative vision for Isuikwuato.
