Information reaching AF NEWS has it that Abayi police station located at World Bank Housing Estate in Aba Abia State was attacked by unidentified hoodlums around 2am last night.
Our source further revealed that attempts were made by the police officers to fight back, but were over powered.
The station was set on fire (WATCH VIDEO ATTACHED BELOW) , two police officers killed and arms looted.
Names of the officers killed during the attack were simply given as SGT Emmanuel and ASP Vincent.
Attempts to reach Abia State PPRO failed.
