Kingsley Etim, a 100-level Political Science and Public Administration student of the University of Uyo, has drowned in a pool at a hotel in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The incident occurred at about 9pm on Saturday night at De Vegas Paradise during a Pool Party.
