Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency discovered a cartel that plants hard drugs at the luggage of Nigerian travelers. A times they plant an extra bag in a passengers name. These cartels are staff of the airlines that operate at the international airports. There are fears that most of the Nigerians arrested for drug dealing and executed at Saudi Arabia might be innocent.
As a,result of this discovery, the Nigerian drug agency has consulted Saudi Arabia to investigate most of the Nigerians on dead row over drug in Saudi Arabia. The problem is that the Saudi authority that just executed 32 people by beheading are too blood thirsty to listen to this offer.
