BREAKING: Port Harcourt Refinery Restarts Production | WATCH VIDEO
The Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) Limited, in Rivers state, has on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, recommenced production.
A video which has gone viral on social media, shows the refinery‘s flare which according to reports, indicates the beginning of oil refining.
The refinery is expected to refine about 210,000 oil barrels per day.
Recall that the Minister of State for Petroleum (Oil) Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, had in August, said that the Port Harcourt refinery will commence operation in December 2023.
