Prof Ibe, who made his feeling known through an Easter message released in Umuahia on Saturday, prayed for greater manifestation of the divine benefits of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ on the people.

While appreciating God for his unparalleled  love to humanity sign posted by the sacrificial gift of Christ, Prof Ibe enjoined Abians, being God’s Own people, “to live intentionally constantly emulating the loving heavenly example of the Almighty”.

He challenged the political class to lead the way by becoming purveyors, advocates and champions of a new Abia through the selfless act of willingly sacrificing their individual ambitions in preference for the general good of the people.

In conclusion he prayed for the speedy manifestation of a reformed and transformed Abia of the people’s dream.
