One of Nigerian foremost telecommunication guru Chief David Ogba Onuoha Bourdex, has congratulated Abia State Governor-Elect Dr. Alex Otti over his victory in the just concluded gubernatorial election that held on Saturday 18th March 2023.
In the brief message, Bourdex went down memory lane and recalled how Otti and himself won elections in 2015 and the mandate was stolen.
He appreciated the resilience of Otti and expressed confidence that Otti will deliver despite the enormous task ahead.

We shared common dreams and plans for the redemption of Abia State in 2015. The people bought into our dreams and voted massively in support and for its actualization. We won the election but the vampire stole the mandate. Ditto for 2019. But you were not deterred. You remained resilient . You were determined to continue in the pursuit for the sake of our people. The people remained “obidient”to the noble cause. Today the vessel of honour has emerged. There is pervasive joy in the land. It is time for our dear Abia State to : arise and shine for the glory of the Lord is risen upon her.
Expectations are high. The job ahead is enormous. But I am confident that you would acquit yourself excellently.
