A Nigerian based on Helsinki, Finland by name Obi West Utchaychukwu has confirmed that Simon Ekpe an acclaimed leader of a section of Biafran agitators was arrested in Finland by the Police.
In the video which is attached below, he appreciated the Finish government for taking the action of arresting Ekpe over his activities which he posited is promoting violence in Nigeria.
