An aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the 2023 Governorship election in Abia, Etigwe Uwah, SAN, has called on Abians to have self-sacrificing love, the same that Jesus showed and to imbibe the culture of peace and unity.

This he said in his goodwill message to Abians as Christians all over the world celebrate Christmas on Sunday. In a statement made available to the media, Etigwe said that Abians should love one another and become united.

The Senior Advocate of Nigeria is known for his philanthropy and his love for people, which is seen in his kind deeds to widows, and needy persons across the globe.

Etigwe is still in line to clinch the APGA ticket for the Governorship election after the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the party to conduct a fresh primary for the Governorship election.

He urged the people to use the occasion of the yuletide celebrations to renew their commitment to the promotion of values of tolerance, brotherhood and unity among all groups, saying such reflections would help them understand why they should respect each other’s rights, especially the right to life and to enjoy peaceful co-existence with their neighbours.
