The wife of the Abia state Labour Party governorship candidate, Mrs. Priscilla Otti has assured that women will play major roles when her husband emerges as the governor of the state come 2023.

Priscilla gave this assurance during an interactive session with women pro-groups in support of the actualization of Otti’s governorship mandate across the various local government areas of the state.

“We will ensure that women are carried along in government and this will be demonstrated during the election as women will be used as agents in various polling units”

She also assured the women that various meetings will be done in each local government to which relief and campaign materials will be provided for them.

“Our campaigns will not only be about soliciting votes, as we will provide medical teams that will go along with us during rallies to offer treatments to various sick people”

She urged the women for their full support towards the actualization of Dr. Alex Otti’s governorship mandate, promising to carry them along when Otti emerges the governor.
