The governorship candidacy of Yola All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Aishatu Binani has been nullified by a Federal High Court sitting in Yola.
The court held that the primary election that produced her as the APC governorship candidate for Adamawa State is invalid.
The court on Friday declared that there will be no candidate for the APC in the state for the 2023 elections but said both petitioner and defendants are free to appeal the ruling.
