The first batch of Ibom 3000 project undertaken by the Udom Emmanuel administration, through the Ministry of Trade and Investment, were given starter pack and business capital as a part of the graduation gifts by the state government.
The Governor who was represented at the event by the Deputy Governor, Mr Moses Ekpo, admonished the graduands to make the best use of the training and facilities availed them.
Cash support of One Hundred Thousand Naira each was being presented to those who were trained in Agriculture, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and Oil / Gas, while those trained in ICT got a laptop each.
