Ahead of the already intense 2023 elections, the former Emir of Kano and ex-CBN governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has aimed a swipe at the Presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

On the APC’s packed list of Presidential hopefuls are 25 bigwigs including the party’s national leader, the Asiwaju of Lagos-Tinubu, Vice President Osinbajo, clergyman Tunde Bakare, Godswill Akpabio and Rochas Okorocha.

The 60-year-old who spoke at the Nasarawa State Investment Summit 2022 , themed ”  ‘Diamond in the Rough’ – The Making of New Investment Frontier” had a laugh at the party’s growing list of candidates as he said a word of prayer for the state governor, Abdullahi Sule.

” I am saying a prayer for his excellency, the Governor of Nasarawa State, I pray that God unleashes investors on your state the way he unleashed Presidential aspirants on the APC”, the father-of-13 said amid bouts of laughter.
