The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu says he is a youth and still has the energy to lead the country.
Recall that there has been agitations from different quarters of the country to give room for youths to occupy top political positions in the country, which gave birth to the #NotTooYoungToRun movement.
Tinubu had last week when he visited Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo at his palace asked the youths to create room for elderly people.
Speaking while meeting with some APC members and his supporters over the weekend, the 69-year-old politician declared he is now a youth.
According to him “I’m here standing before you and I’m a youth,”
He added that he is capable of serving Nigeria and making the country great.
