Photos: Abia Speaker Attends Late Eze Enweremadu’s Funeral

The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Engr Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji attended the funeral service organised for Late, His Eminence Eze (Sir) Dr Bernard O Enweremadu, Eze Ukwu Ngwa Ukwu and Traditional Head of Ngwaland.

The funeral service which held at Okpuala Ngwa Stadium in Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area was conducted by the Anglican Church.

 

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, was represented by Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and his wife, Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt Hon Ude Oko Chukwu and his wife, Senator representing Abia Central, Chief Theodore Ahamefule Orji, former Governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, Members of the National Assembly both past and present, Members of Abia State House of Assembly, Members of Abia State Executive Council, Executive Chairmen of Local Government Areas, Traditional Rulers, Clergymen and top government functionaries attended the funeral service.

 

Recall that the Speaker on 10th March, 2021 led other Principal Officers of Abia State House of Assembly on a condolence visit to the bereaved family.
