Gunmen suspected to be assassins have killed Capt. Abdulkarim, the eldest son of Senator Bala Ibn Na Allah, representing Kebbi South Senatorial District.

The 36-year-old Captain Abdulkarim Na Allah, a pilot was found dead in his bedroom at his residence in Malali area of Kaduna metropolis.

Reporters were informed Captain Na’ Allah, who got married recently, was tied and strangled to death in his room while the suspected killers escaped with his vehicle and personal belongings.

Special Adviser to Senator Na Allah, Garba Mohammed, who confirmed the incident, disclosed said the assailants made their way into the house through the roof behind the house and entered his section of the building through the ceiling.

According to Garba, a neighbour’s security guard had noticed the gate of the deceased home opened and raised the alarm which led to the discovery of the remains of the pilot.

It was also gathered that Senator Na Allah, whose three sons including the deceased, are all pilots is presently not in the country.

The remains of the late pilot have been buried at Ungwan Sarki cemetery after funeral prayers at Yahaya road mosque.

Efforts to get official confirmation from the police were unsuccessful as the Kaduna Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO) ASP Muhammed Jalige could not be reached as at the time of filing the report.
