ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER had earlier toured Umuahia, Abia State capital city to measure compliance to the Sit-At-Order by IPOB, based on the assessment from that tour the compliance seems to be low in Umuahia.
But, pictures reaching us from Aba the commercial hub of Abia State shows that compliance is high.
