5G Doesn’t Pose Adverse Health Effect -NCC Addresses Concerns

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has assured that the fifth generation (5G) network does not have any adverse health effect on human beings.

The NCC is the Independent Regulatory Authority for the telecom industry in Nigeria.

The Commission gave the assurance while addressing a myth suggesting that the 5G network is dangerous to people’s health and causes cancer.

The NCC recalled that the World Health Organization (WHO) and other health agencies ascertained the safety of the network.

Facts- Health authorities in several countries and the WHO have concluded that 5G just like 4G poses no adverse health effect.”
