THE IDEOLOGIES OF ANIEBIET CORNELIUS: THE HOPE OF THE PEOPLE

Months from now, Eastern Nsit Ward 10 will select a new legislator who will represent them in the Nsit Atai Legislative Council. Because of this up coming exercise, I have decided to intimate the people of Eastern Nsit Ward 10 that after listening to some of the aspirants and those to come, I have found a man who’s faith has activated God and Aniebiet Cornelius is that man.

Looking at his ideologies, I have seen the future well spelt for Eastern Nsit Ward 10. 

1. THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CONSTITUENCY OFFICE AT THE WARD CENTER IMMEDIATELY AFTER NOMINATION.

This is what we have not seen for the past twenty-one years since the inception of the democracy. The office will be a meeting point of the people with the legislator to discuss and iron out issues affecting the people. Being sincere, most State and Federal legislators do not have such office, so if a council legislator has made such promise beyond political language, then, I see the need of the people in Eastern Nsit Ward 10 to support and protect this visionary ideology.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE LOAN TO WOMEN

The saying, a man of vision sees the need of his people even without being informed. Most of Eastern Nsit Ward 10 women will do better if provided with capital to establish a business of their choice. This kind of vision is what the people should embrace, support and protect.

3. ROAD GRADING

Show me a Local Council legislator who has embarked on road grading and I will show you a man, Aniebiet Cornelius, who is willing to do it for his constituents. 

4. YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAMME

Youths are the bedrock of every society and it better to place them in a good platform for a better tomorrow. Supporting and protecting Aniebiet Cornelius vision will make our youth not only having a good platform but also fit into the society. 

Supporting Aniebiet Cornelius will give Eastern Nsit Ward 10 a sense of direction, sense of belonging, an interactive government, masses representation and lots more. Leaving you with a line from Khalil Gibran; “Doubt is a pain too lonely to know that faith is his twin brother.” 

If you are still doubting, I will tell you to have faith for the hope of the people has arrived and this time, I tell you with full assurance that Eastern Nsit Ward 10 will be in a better hands. Let’s us learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for a better tomorrow.
