2023: Obiano’s Wife Joins Senatorial Race After Slap Saga

The wife of the ex-governor of Anambra State, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, has declared her bid to join the Senatorial race after the highly famed slap saga.

Ahead of the already exhilarating 2023 elections, the former first lady has picked the nomination form for the Senate under the All Progressives Grand Alliance Party, APGA, the platform that housed her husband’s two-term reign.

The Anambra lead lady became a pubic rave last month after she received a ”farewell slap” in a brawl with Bianca Ojukwu, widow of the late Biafra warlord on her husband’s last day in office.

I will continue my divine call to be a blessing to humanity.

Meanwhile,Ebelechukwu’s declaration comes hours after the Chief of Staff to the former governor, Mr Primus Odili, declared interest to run for the same seat.
