A fire on Wednesday gutted one of the buildings in the palace of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
A source in the palace stated that the fire is yet to be put out.
The palace source said, “It is not major, people are only scared because the entrance to the palace was locked.”
Confirming the incident, the Administrative Officer of Osun State Fire Service, Fatai Aremu, said his men are on ground to put off the fire.
